If Floyd wanted to pay the extra sanctioning fees, he could have defended his WBA and WBC 154 titles vs. Maidana last May. All this is gonna do is just put a boatload of belts on the line during one fight. WBA (Super), WBC, The Ring WW, WBA (Super), WBC, and The Ring JMW. 6 of the 10 belts at 147-154 on the line in one fight.

Mind you, he did not and rightfully so chose not to brawl with him but the fight was a 12 round sparring session. 11 rounds to 1 (at best). Give the guy some credit even if you hate him.
