Odds wise this was. But importance wise, the Cotto win was bigger.

Thank god I didn't touch this bet. I got beat up as bad as Sergio last week.

Weisfield is an HBO front man, just like Lampley. They are nothing more than salesmen who are grotesquely biased in favor of the HBO fighter. They pick a fighter and promote him, regardless of what the opponent does, they won't give them any credit or acknowledge their accomplishments.

Like a fool, I went against my instincts and placed a money bet on Ruslan....lost again, two weeks in a row.

It happens mathed. As long as at the end of the year, if you have won more than you lost, you are still winning.

And you probably have so it's just a minor step back.

I usually try to stay away with big odds fights like this. Overall they are less risk but you do get hammered when you lose trying to win a few cents on the dollar.

lmao...I love it. HBO tries so hard to promote these fighters when it's the PROMOTERS jobs to do that. These dudes are so full or crap it's funny.

I've had a bad few months. It seems like everything I go with, the opposite happens. To my credit, I was thinking Algieri would win this but just got talked out of it by other posters, lol.

I picked Ruslan by decision cause I was excepting a robbery. But I was one of the few who gave Algieri a shot.
