Cotto's defense was stupendous. I knew Martinez couldn't get away with that hands down approach for long against a raging bull.

Freddie is just amazing, man. His fighters become faster and stronger in ways that are truly incredible. Like mindbogglingly insane. He turned Cotto from a Welterweight and Junior Middleweight accumulation puncher who has rarely caused as much damage against lesser foes and much naturally smaller men into a human trash compactor capable of literally destroying guys that have stood up to de facto Middleweight giants. freddie has certainly done a great job with cotto. Best cotto since before Margarito. Felt sorry for martinez though he simply had nothing to offer - looked completly shot.
