I'm very high on Thurman. The fact that he's willing to fight anyone and has made it clear that he has no fear of losing makes me like him a lot

        Pro:

        Good power
        Decent skills
        Looks to be ambitious
        Exciting

        Cons:

        Looks slightly chinny
Gets too wild and loses his fundamentals

More pros than cons, that's a great start

He's one of the only guys who A.. Throws hard every punch and B.. Throws combinations.

Guys like Kell Brook only throw 1-2 punches at a time.

Thurman just need to keep being Keith Thurman, fans are full of it when it comes to Certain fighters because you b1tch when a fighter is too defensive and then when you have guys like Keith Thurman, Angulo and even James Kirkland who are not afraid to take a punch in order for them to get off their own punch now people are complaining about their Defense.

I thought Toe to Toe is what fans wanted? You guys like Brawls Right? Well Thurman is not afraid to go toe to toe and Brawl a bit but he is also not ******, he knows how to reset things when he gets a little wobbled and get back to his Boxing.

Thurman is Past Up and Coming Potential, Thurman has star potential but because of his SIZE and POWER most at Welterweight prefer to pretend like he is not in their Division and Continue to Ignore him and hope he somehow just goes away. If he is not that good and if he has flaws, why don't somebody jump in with him and expose those Flaws.

And with each fight we see better technique come out. He's evolving into a boxer puncher that can ****!

If Thurman ever gets draw power, I hope he keeps that attitude. It's easy to say you'll fight anyone when you still have to.

He does strikes me as the kind of fighter who would fight most those he should.

Absolutely great post. I humbly believe that the only WW's that would fight One Time right now are Porter, Bradley, and maybe Khan

Chill man, no one is saying they don't like toe to toe. They're just saying Thurman should try and improve how open he gets sometimes.

Bolded is absolutely true and I hope so as well. He's such a student of the game and seems to care much more about legacy than anything else, so I think he will carry that mindset until he hangs the gloves up
