No intelligent boxing fan would ever tell you that Cotto is a stronger puncher than Maravilla at 160. Cotto would have died in the ring against JCC Jr., because he wouldn't have the offensive fire power to keep him honest. I highly doubt he could keep a cruiser weight (on fight night) off of him for 12 full rounds like Maravilla did.

I know it's asking a lot of a man his age, but I think he should fight Golovkin. If he hands Golovkin his 1st loss at the age of 40 that will do a hell of a lot for his legacy.

Maravilla's movement and ability to fight him back on the inside while being a MW on fight night, and his tremendous stamina, which helped in throwing that many punches a round to keep him off, won him that fight. Also the fact that he has a legit MW's punching power.

Cotto, by all intensive purposes would have gassed by round 4 or 5 if he threw as much as Sergio was throwing with the movement he was using. Which is why I said he'd probably get killed in there by the 5th or 6th round. The body attack, and pressure would've gotten to him eventually.

I honestly think he's gonna stop Cotto. I'm not even saying that as a Maravilla fan, but from a boxing fan that's making a legit prediction. Cotto will fade once it hits round 6.
