Whos has been knocked down in their last couple of fights, cotto or martinez???Percentages can be deceiving due to various factors. How can we possibly know the chin-quality of all the fighters both these men have fought? Also, Martinez and Cotto have differing styles. I would say that Miguel's style lent itself to a higher KO rate. We'll have a much better idea how Cotto's power looks at 160 on Saturday. He'll be facing the lineal middleweight champ.Comment

There it is, cotto hasnt been knocked down since pac...so to me this means martinez chin is dented dude, and it will be dented again saturday...and if martinez is the puncher why has he broken his hand numerous times??? I mean does his technique have anything to do with why he breaks his hands? Maybe just maybe!Comment

lol Neither guy should get much credit. This fight is for money and prestige. It's a big paycheck and a feather in their cap, a name on their resume. If Cotto wins, he beat an old, injured Martinez. If Sergio wins, he beat a guy whose best weight was 147. If either of these guys beat GGG, my hats off to them. But that's not gonna happen....Comment

Wait -- SMH -- how does any of that prove Cotto punches harder? lolThere it is, cotto hasnt been knocked down since pac...so to me this means martinez chin is dented dude, and it will be dented again saturday...and if martinez is the puncher why has he broken his hand numerous times??? I don't know why Martinez breaks his hands. Maybe he has brittle bones. Maybe his trainer doesn't wrap his hands well. It could also have something to do with the force he generates. Who knows? All I know is that him being knocked down in recent fights has absolutely nothing to do with his punching power. lolComment

your a dumbass, you just ***ed your own pu$$y right there. if you ever have stepped in the ring you would know a bigger guy tends to hit harder then a smaller guy. the bigger guy also has more speed. dont act like you have boxed before, backyard boxing while drunk with your loser friends dont count. If you are a student of the game you can see by the technique who hits harder and believe me cotto puts more weight behind his punches..you have to had stepped in the ring before to understand what iam saying...and thats what it is i dont give a *** about anything else you have to say, go troll another thread.
lol paul was so messed up from that punch that he was still feeling it when he wrecked on his motorcycle.I guess that's the only way to know for sure, right? lol
"The Punisher" had never been stopped before Martinez knocked him out cold in epic, epic fashion. Sure, it was a perfect punch, but it's not easy at all to knock out a fighter like that. Paul looked like he had been shot dead...eyes open and everything.
if martinez ko's cotto i dont want to hear "he was on peds" like what dumbass fans tend to say when they want to justify their fighter getting owned.
what does that matter if they cant be knocked out?? marquez gets knocked down a lot but yet they cant finish him. so whats a fighter who gets ko'd by one of them going to say "i got knocked out...... BUT..... i did knock martinez down"
