I've got to agree with the late Manny Steward, Hammed was the greatest featherweight of all time, he just didn't want it to fight anymore.

Donaire slower at 126. He better worry about ducking or blocking Hamed's punches first because his defense isn't that hot and he'd def get hurt by some of those lefts.

Now they will reply with the humorous ''His chin was steel he was just knocked down because he had bad balance''

It's the truth did he ever look hurt?

He was def hurt a few times (Sanchez, Alicea and Barrera even). But he had a solid chin for sure.

good fight, i guess it depends on which version of these fighters show up. if hamed is fired up and donaire wants to box instead of looking for just 1 punch i would favour donaire. both have iron chins and great power but hamed is quicker and more agile while donaire is more fundamentally sound.

Kevin Kelley decked him hard, Sanchez had him buzzed and knocked him down as did multiple others
Barrera and others visibly hurt him.

He had a good chin at best, it certainly was not ATG material.

Yes, definitely hurts him if he gets hit. But if Hamed misses, he gets Montiel'ed on the other end. I would love to see this fight, edge-of-your-seat excitement!

Not to disparage the late great Steward, and while I do like Hammed quite a bit, I have to disagree.

Not with guys like Armstrong, Sanchez, Saddler, Pep at the weight.
