muay tai as far as I know from haveing a MMA back ground elbows and head buts are brutal and arn't those legal in muay tai

Muay Thai when executed properly is arguably the best MMA striking technique.

kick boxing is more entertaining to watch, although muay thai is better as far as street fighting is concerned.....

kick boxing is more entertaining to watch as it is free flowing...whereas muay thai has way too much grappling which is boring after a minute or two..

Muay thai obviously.
They have better rules. the only thing missing in muay thai are guys of the size of LeBanner and Schilt.
Just watch Ignashov vs Schilt the difference is Huge.
Schilt is a kickboxing champ now, but under muay thai rules, He got owned pretty violently by ignashov.
Now that Ignashov is fighting under K1 rules, He's rather inconsistent. but under muay thai rules He's a ****ing monster.
