the #'s each guy bring in is not a huge different but when u pair someone like lara up with canelo, u have the on going rivalry there. both sides of the fans would wanna watch this fight for bragging rights. wtf does pac/rios have in terms on attracting more viewer?? and like the other dude said if ur gonna compare 2014 ppv then compare it with the ppv from the same year! ur so desperate u went and picked pac's weakest fight to compare it with LOL!

You can't allow yourself excuses for Manny's failure then simply refue to accpet excuses when other ppv's don't achieve the expected success.

        In Canelo's case-475k would be a 25?% jump from his lthe last ppv-his 1st as a headliner.
dunny, who says i have a problem with it now??? dude was comparing ppv #'s, he picked pac's weakest showing to compare LOL!! i was pointing it out to him that he fought rios in china so what type of #'s does he expect? where did u get im against this fight now from what i posted?? reaching a little dunn? also he's comparing ppv #'s from different years LOL.

You cant even make 154 for Lara dude.

Then people will claim you were drained at 154 too.

It seems that GB really have been arragement a robery in Lara fight, because there is no reason to start planning a fight with Pacquiao with a guy like Canelo that his only chances to win Lara is by robbery.

Actually Pacquiao vs Rios was profitable for everyone involved.

A PPV failure is when people lose money ala Floyd vs Guerrerro and Maidana

And lets not forget that Rios made more than Guerrerro and Maidana combined

also dunn, when pac/rios was announced i was never on here woofing about how this fight is gonna do crazy #'s.. i think i made that part clear. so how am i switching up now since its a flopped?? i knew it wasnt gonna do good #'s but i thought the match up was still a good one for pac coming off that KO.

So your saying the breakeven point for the Maidana fight was 850k even tho Arum said it had to be 1.2 mill and Tim Smith said it had to be 1.5 mill?

People have broke the numbers down numerous times on here and 850k was a huge loss no matter how you spin it
