Why will Andre Ward not fight outside the USA and why will he not do PED testing?

Great fighter, but him and Hunter are huge divas.
Interest in him is geting smaller by the week.

All of his inactivity is related to promotional problems. He is in the gym every day.

Because he saw his friend Andre Dirrell whip Carl Froch's ass then get blatantly robbed. Neither of his fights with Kessler or Froch were close, so I can only think of a few reasons they want Ward to travel (even though he should)

having lived and still being a Bay Area resident for parts of the year I feel compelled to shed some light on Conte.....the guy has been in the area for years and years! Before he got involved with his scandel...and thereafter Conte has probably been commissioned by at least half the athletes in the area. he has a rep that exceeds his foibles!

There is NO reason to suspect Ward on account of having a relationship to Conte. Besided Ward does not look roided out.

Not saying its impossible but I do think that its a stretch to rely on Conte as an implication that roids were consumed

Andre Ward has fought outside of the U.S. as many times as Bute has fought outside of Canada. Yet it's only an issue for Ward for some reason.

Stevenson has fought outside of Canada the same amount as Ward has...Yet not a peep from any one.

Pascal has fought outside of Canada the same amount Ward has fought outside of the U.S....No one cares.

Hopkins left the U.S. 3 times in 65 fights...nobody cares.

Mayweather has never left the U.S. in 46 fights...no one cares.
