The difference between Chavez now and 168 is enormous. Hell, a four pound weight deficit at SMW can feel like three times that weight when the punches start landing. What happened to the (you know - sensible) days when fans wouldn't dream of favouring the new arriver to the weight division until he'd actually delivered once or twice in a competitive fight?

If he's going to Vegas to fight Chavez, I'll be going. DeGale seems pretty adamant he has a mandatory spot tho, interview is on IFL.

I've always wanted to see Froch fight Bika. It would be real balls to the wall stuff.

But Chavez is good too. But it is hard to make a case for Chavez winning. Stylistically, it would be the is the easiest fight Froch's had since Abraham.

Not that Bika is any great puzzle but he is just sooooo aggressive. The fight would be banter!

I'd love to see this fight. I got Froch. He wouldn't give ground to Jr. I can see him popping that jab and landing straight shots all night. Froch by UD or possibly late stoppage.

Chavez wouldn't be phased by Froch's power or his nose, I think it's a great fight to set up, two brawlers who like to get it on!
