Why is everyone blaming Brook? He's the mandatory challenger. He is getting his shot at the title with or without Porter.

It's Porter's team who are stalling this fight. Brook is willing to go to America but they can't seem to find a date to put it on. So it's going to purse bids. Someone will win and will get to stage the fight.
