Yes sure, explain to me the difference between Rios who fought at 140 then moved up to 147 to fight Emmanuel and JMM who was at 135 dragged up 2 weight classes to WW and Floyd 'failed to make weight' did Floyd even attempt to make 144?

You know, the weight in the contract?

"After a while the weight sticks to you"--Floyd Mayweather

The hell did you want him to do? Cut off a ball or 2? A leg? Forearm?

there are actual people that think the marquez pacquiao fought was the same marquez that mayweather fought, like his pecs and abs were for show and it wasn't a sign of training much better and building proper muscle

and ofcourse you'll get those same fools probabley trying to tell me to look at timothy bradley, further exposing the fact that they dont know sht about functional muscle and training for strength as opposed to the time a guy has muscles under stress looking just to build muscle

marquez vs mayweather was WAY too weak to do anything to floyd, he had the strength of a lightweight, as opposed to the strength of a light-middleweight now

What if Manny had a contracted weight with Rios at 144, and showed up at 147?

Would it be cheating or 'failing to make weight'

"Marquez has the strength of a LMW now."

Holy shyt holy cross cmon man.

JMM looked EXACTLY the same in the ring. He fought like JMM always fights he just got dominated with ease by a much superior fighter who had not fought in 2 years.

All the failings in the world won't help Rios not suck

Manny failed to make weight in the past.

Imagine if Canelo came in at 155 against Floyd and beat him, then used that same excuse. What would you say then.

"Filipino bet Johnriel Casimero was stripped of his IBF light flyweight belt after failing to make weight for his upcoming world title bout against Colombia's Mauricio Fuentes on Saturday at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Cebu.

Casimero tipped the scales at 113.25 lbs, five pounds over the 108-pound limit, during the official weigh-in Friday at The Event Centre in SM City-Cebu."

All these cheaters in boxing right?

In terms of physical strength Marquez has never been noted for that, you best be joking man.
