Your right Pac doesn't do that, but they are different fighters with different motivations. I think u take the things that he says way too seriously. He is about saying what he needs to say to promote the fight & himself...as well as trying to get people riled up. Not to mention, Floyd is insecure egomaniac. He doesn't want anyone, ESPECIALLY not Pac ever compared to him, so he will say what he can to differentiate himself, and then be ****** enough to do the same things. Of course Floyd gets credit, he wouldn't be #1 lb4lb if he didn't, but the hate that Floyd gets and the lack of respect for ANYTHING the guy does in the ring is over the top. Like the thread choosing Floyd vs Rios and Rios winning the Poll....REALLY?? Just too much irrational and unfairness going on, that's what I don't like. Much of my issue isn't about Floyd not getting credit, its about the hypocrisy. Both fighters can do the exact same things and Floyd is the "coward, duck, runner" and anything else negative and but Pac will be called the "warrior, who will fight anyone put in front of him". I just wish people would be more consistent without all the hate.

Yes it is all about things like that. My issue is about being consistent, fair and honest. This is supposed to be a boxing site not a fanboy site. What does the fact that Floyd says that have to do with whether he could honestly beat Brandon Rios or not? What does it have to do with the truth of him "ducking" Pac? What does it have to do with the truth of whether he "ducked" Prime Cotto or not? This is what I am talking about consistency and honesty. Everyone on this board knows that he would completely embarrass Rios? In fact, if he ever took that fight, it would be called a cherry pick. They also know that at least on the first negotiation, Pac walked away from it, made excuses that we ultimately found out weren't true and that Roach recently admitted that THEY screwed up? We know that Cotto said himself that he never asked for or was offered a fight with Mayweather? Yet people will continually bring up these issues, lie and misrepresent the facts, just to make him look bad....and at the same time give Cotto & Pac a complete pass truth be damned as long as they can release this hate. Floyd saying the things that he does should have no bearing on what is true and what is not.

So have you been taking the same stance when the first negotiation when Pac and Arum lied and made it seem like Floyd was the problem? Or how about when Pac started to ask for drug testing after lying about why he couldn't do it in the first place? Let the commission do their job? Did u crucify him when he asked Rios for drug testing? This is what I am talking about...too many passes for Pac..but Floyd brought it on himself??
