Cotto weigh in at 146lbs in his last fight prior to the Pacquiao fight at 145lbs... a difference of 1lb....

Canelo was a career 154lbs fighter already for 3-4 years prior to fighting Floyd at a catchweight of 152lbs... a difference of 2lbs...

There was no "maybe" in it. That is the exact reason that Roach gave why they wouldn't fight him...thank you for acknowledging it. Your point is correct. I just don't get how so many have so much trash to talk about Floyd when Pac does the same or in some cases worse. Pac fights Cotto at 145, its the best thing ever. Floyd fights him where Pac wouldn't, at full 154 and its garbage. Floyd fights a Mosley that Pac ducked and he gets no credit. Pac is a warrior who will fight anyone put in front of him, yet its Floyd that fights Canelo, not Pac, but when he does, Canelo is green and over rated...even though many said Floyd would duck him. They are both all time greats and the best fighters of their generation & both opportunists when it comes to CW's, demands and financial end of the fight game.

canelo was a zombie, floyd is a solid 147 guy, he fought well at 154 before whilst pac can easily make 140 but fights at 147 for the bigger fights at top rak, big difference

manny faced the best cotto ever, cotto said it himself, he was in his best condition ever and killed him, whilst floyd fought a war torn cotto who was finished and is finished after pac killed him

floyd fought mosley after a 2 year lay off, whilst pac fought mosley who was active, yet you ignore that
