Not hating on Ward, but he's not as good as Pacquiao, or Mayweather.
Welterweight is a much deeper and more talented division than 168 and Pac's recent win over Bradley puts him ahead of Ward imo.
Ward is good, he has ''skillz'' and ''veteran tacticz'' but he doesn't have what separates the skilled and ''good'' fighters from the true elites, rare physical gifts that Pacquiao and Floyd have, Pacquiao has mobility, footspeed and handspeed that cannot be taught, along with punching power, and Floyd has handspeed, and cat like reflexes that cannot be taught.
Ward has decent power and speed but nothing extraordinary, he doesn't have the wow factor and his division isn't that good, neither are his best wins.
Top five no doubt, but never justified being number 2.
