The only way you can accurately gauge how good someone is on who they beat, and how good the person is they beat.
Pac beat Bradley, Floyd arguably beat Maidana, some say Floyd lost. So by that basis, Pac is more than just very good. He is better than Floyd, you are as good as your last fight.

If FLoyd beats GGG in his next fight, he will leapfrog Pac as I would say GGG is better than Bradley.
