What do people dislike about Carl Froch

'mericans won't be familiar with it but it's the low brow scouse accent that lets her down, it'd be like listening to an episode of Brookside 24/7 (or worse, Tony Bellew). Even during the Froch fights it's horrendous.

Yeah that accent is disturbing to say the least, just goes right through me.

It's extremely hard to dislike Froch.

I used to stronglyl dislike him as posters from 2009 onward will know very well but he's managed to make me completely change my opinion on him.

I can see why people might not like his style because he's very clumsy and not the most skilled and nice to watch in the world but on the other hand he's a tough as nails warrior who provides exciting fights.

I really don't know how it's possible to dislike Carl Froch. He is the man.

People want guys who fight everybody, guys who leave it all in the ring, guys who are in exciting fights, guys who tell it like it is.....Carl Froch is all those things.

The only boxer i have ever disliked i think is JCC jr, but that was more because how he wiped his ass with boxing as a whole. At the same time nationalistic butthurt fans think people just hating on their boxer or "dislike" them when people point out their decline, or that they are just not as good anymore . Carl froch falls into that declining category as long as Ward is in his weight class he will have to settle for being #2 .

Pretty hard to get into the HOF when you were never the best fighter in the weight class you were fighting in.

I'm an American so the microscope isn't on Froch here like it is in the UK, but from what I've seen Froch has been pretty humble in the fights I've seen. Not to mention it appears as though he's willing to fight anyone, anywhere.
