I think we already knew Stevenson was potentially a bit chinny and Fonfara became a decent puncher since he discovered steroids. I think his stock went up because now we know he has the smarts to adjust when he faces adversity.

He didn't adjust. Fonfara let him off the hook, in his own words said he was being cautious after knocking Adonis down, which allowed Stevenson catch a second wind of sorts. ****** mistake - stop doing what got you the knock down in the first place.

Kovalev wouldn't let Stevenson off the hook. Once Kovalev has his man hurt, he finishes him.

I say yes. Same 1-2 all night long very little variety (until the end) and waay out of shape. However, the wheels are already set in motion for the Hopkins fight so I don't think it changes any plans or anything.

Am I the only one that saw Adonis get slightly buckled twice by 2 seperate punches to start the 2nd round?

Fonfara threw a punch without a follow up combo, Adonis goes back with a slight buckle.
A few seconds later he threw another punch, Adonis buckles and clinches.

I recorded the fight, will look at it again.

I saw it. Honestly, Adonis always looks shaky when he's getting attacked. He just can't take a punch.

I just rewatched the 2nd round ,which I gave to Fonfara on my scorecard and yeah it was about 30 seconds into the 2nd round where he stunned Adonis.

Overall I still had Adonis winning all the same rounds as the judges except for the 2nd round which was clearly Fonfara.
