    He may or may not be. Fact is 140, 147, 154 are deeper divisions. Martinez is pushing 40 for f#ck's sake. He'll probably fight GGG and lose due to age. But in this day & age the top fighters never face all the dangerous opponents out there. Quillin & GGG may never even meet. I dont think people are scared of GGG...though it cracks my ass up to hear macho wannabes claiming that

      But that's alright because he can just move up and fight Ward right? A guy who's not been offered a fight by his promoter for how long now? I'm sure Kovalev would be more than happy to fight Ward and it's a doable fight since they're both with HBO....see what I did there?

        Well Sergio remains the man to beat, but I think the general consensus is that GGG beats him especially at this point in his career. It's perfectly reasonable to believe that Golovkin can take out the MW division. Until that happens though, Martinez is the guy.
