I doubt it. Bob Arum was practically bragging that Pacquaio was going to be extended in an interview months ago, or late last year. He was saying it wasn't going to be an issue whatsoever, like it was a joke.

Dan Rafael reported there's a confidentiality clause, so you won't be hearing or seeing those specifics from TR. Apparently, anything offered by any other party was not good enough.
