Yet more proof that this guy never wanted the Floyd fight. If he wanted to make the fight, since he was free or about to become free of any obligations to TR, he would've had his adviser contact Floyd's adviser. And if Pac did not like the offer made on Floyd's side, He could've then went and signed the extention.
