Mayweather has the WBC and IBF = Different Promoters...different Networks..USADA testing (which maybe Memo can beat) but still not likely after how one-sided the first fight was.

Shawn Porter... not sure if Porter would require Olympic style blood testing, but I doubt this fight gets made also because of the different networks and promoters involved...

Agreed. And when you say stringent VADA blood testing...I think it's important to point out that VADA has been the only agency to actually catch cheaters since I can remember blood-testing being a practice in boxing...can't remember USADA catching anyone actually...
