I think it's BS tbh.

im going back and forth on this fight. groves can ko him, he is going to start quick again and if froch comes looking for him he can get koed. BUT groves can box on his back foot in the later rounds this time and maybe get a ud win. cant wait for this fight

yea i agree it was the same as the last face off,
but froch's attitude is different and he seems like he is coming prepared and ready to have a tear up

what i will say is that it seem clear that the conditioning work groves has done is paying off,
he looks a lot more leaner towards his abs area
