I'm rooting for Froch, but could see a Groves stoppage early in the fight. Anything beyond 5 is Froch for me.

Anyway, I think Carl comes out confident this time round and establish's his jab and uses width of the of the ring keeping Groves at bay, but Groves will come with that quick sharp style and land good shots but not enough to put Carl down this time, Carl comes on strong and stops him late.
