Don't really understand the reasoning behind getting into a tear-up in a sparring session. It's obvious McCracken wanted to work on some things, but it didn't really seem like Froch was abiding.

He got hit with loads of shots, but that's nothing new really.

Do we know when this sparring was filmed?
