"steroid guts" are from a myriad of factors. the big one is the amount a bodybuilder has to eat when he's bulking. men store fat around their internal organs. he slims way down when he's cutting and drying out, and the buldging gut recedes a bit. mar3quez isn't a bodybuilder, obviously.

another issue is the amount of insulin they take to combat the effects of the drugs they're on. that will cause the stomach to look bloated.

HGH does cause growth of internal organs, but that's not all that's going on.
