Pacquiao is about to leave Arum but ****** Oscar is crawling back to him.
Arum: Oscar realises his CEO was looting his company, we're going to do great things

LOL Oscar approaches Arum: "Hey Bob, I got some things going on in my company. I am keeping it all hush hush for now, but I feel like I need to take control back and put it all in the correct direction. Do you feel like we can do business again?"
Arum: "Sure Oscar, I will always do business *grinning*"
Oscar: "OK Bob, lets just say I might be getting rid of Richard, he is getting too cozy and letting outside interests gain control of the fighters I own. But I want to keep it all under the radar for now. Keep it all hush hush for now ok?
Arum: "Sure Oscar, all is good here"
Arum reaches out to the press shortly afterward: "Oscar's thieving CEO is looting the company!"
LOL
Either Arum just alienated Oscar for no good reason, or he just told us how Oscar really feels about Schaefer. Maybe both.Comment

Poor oscar is getting screwed from both sides here. It does seem like shaeffer wants to use al hayman to gut golden boy of its fighters. I wonder what b hop will do? His decision will be key as he's not a man who needs an al hayman like manager in his corner to think for him.Comment

"Ungrateful", were the words uttered from Al Haymon's mouth as he watches this video alone in a dark room, with the only source of light coming from the screen of his iPad.
In all seriousness though, Haymon and Schaefer saved face for GBP after the whole "fishnet" scandal. They kept the ship afloat during Oscar's battle with drug addiction.Comment

I'm torn on this, on one hand, Schaefer has to be given credit for keeping GB relevant when Oscar was out of the picture and recovering from his addiction.
On the other hand, we don't know what Schaefer has been doing behind closed doors and what control he's taken of the company Oscar built.
We just don't know, but I hope Oscar is ready for this because Schaefer is a business man and knows what to do. Oscar has been out of the game and has a serious problem with drugs and alcohol. I hope he's over that, and strong enough to what is ahead.
Didn't Mayweather say if Schaefer leaves GB, that he's going with him and leaving Oscar?
The problem is Oscar in not a business man. People here don't want to admit it, but if it wasn't for Schaffer, Golden Boy Promotions would have gone the way of Calzaghe Promotions, Vargas Promotions, Square Ring Promotions......etc.
Promoting in boxing is a tough job, you have to be ruthless, sometimes. It's amazing that in a short time Golden Boy was able to surpass Dibella, Goosen, Main Events, Don King and begin to compete with the top dog in Arum. All of this is because of Richard Schaffer and his dealings with Al Haymon.
Oscar is just an emotional guy. He loves Arum today, but how long do you expect that to last? How long before they start feuding like they did in the past? How long before Oscar returns to rehab again?
People might not like the fact Haymon is uniting a lot of fighter under one banner, but at least with Haymon and Schaffer we're getting better cards, deep cards and great fighters fighting. When Arum was on top he never gave us anything like GBP has been doing. Remember all those crappy Latin Fury PPV's and so called World Cup of boxing crap?
Remember the past Manny Pacquiao PPV's?Comment

This is really about whether or not Haymon is ready and willing to start a new promotional firm. Oscar aside, nothing anyone else does is all that relevant.Comment
