I'm a Mayweather fan and I agree with this post. Yes, Maidana fought an aggressive and dirty fight but the reason it was so competitive is partly due to Mayweather's fading reflexes. I think Floyd simply fought the fight that his body would allow him to fight and he's in denial if he thinks he fought that way completely by choice. A younger Floyd would have beat Maidana quite comfortably.
