I think Broner hits harder than Floyd, he hurt Maidana in their fight, while I did not see the same thing in Maidana-Mayweather.

Definitely not, even at '54 Mayweather has respectable power.

When Broner fought Maidana I remember saying,

            "This fool has no power."

Not what does that say about Mayweather...

But... dem body shots prolly slowed his ass down. Chino was exchanging punches with dat nigga.

Yes he does, but it's no accomplishment to hit harder than Floyd. He has a right hand injury that gets aggravated in fights all the time. Marquez hits harder than Floyd. Floyd probably just hits slightly harder than Bradley, who is a bit of a featherfist.

Floyd's gameplans never revolve around power, or overpowering his opponent, or knocking any one out. His game is boxing, and at most if he goes toe to toe it will be with a hybrid Winky/Toney style.

As a wider point, is Mayweather's punching power declining? His last legit KO was Vs Hatton in 07 (lets exclude the Ortiz cheap shot). Arguably it's pot calling kettle black for Floyd to point to Manny's recent lack of KOs as a sign of previous juicing. Manny has 3 stoppages since Floyd fought Hatton
eh this didn't happen a lot either. the few punches that bothered maidana were the two piece after the bell in the 11th and the subsequent right hand in the 12th while maidana was recovering.

Absolutely he does, Floyd is a pillowfisted defensive boxer.

pretty much. i've read some revisionist stories by broner stans now that the fight is several months old.
