First of all, while the injury the man sustained is definitely Khan's fault, his subsequent death two years later cannot be blamed on Khan in any way. If he was suffering from depression due to his injury from Khan's negligence then he should've sought out professional help for it. Instead, he apparently gave up on life and crawled inside of a bottle and died because of it.
