After Khan hit him (speeding through a red light at a pedestrian crossing) the guy was a cripple in constant pain, couldn't work and lost his house. I can understand why he would feel the need to drink.
He's not Mayweather, Ward, Broner, etc. so no one cares.
If it was Mayweather speeding and he hit some one and the person died from depression due to their injuries he would have been called a criminal. If Ward did it, we'd hear a bunch of god jokes towards him. If Broner did it, well that would be brutal.
I'm no Khan fan, but you guys are just ******ed if you're holding Khan responsible for the death of this man. First of all, while the injury the man sustained is definitely Khan's fault, his subsequent death two years later cannot be blamed on Khan in any way. If he was suffering from depression due to his injury from Khan's negligence then he should've sought out professional help for it. Instead, he apparently gave up on life and crawled inside of a bottle and died because of it.
And that's Khan's fault?
Lastly, you overemotional morons stating that Khan should've been punished more than he was due to the man's death (years later) have no comprehension of the legal system whatsoever. There is no legal precedent for punishing somebody because they had a negative role in the life of someone else upon that party's death.
Furthermore, it cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the injury was even the source of his depression. He could've been depressed for years prior and nobody would've known about it had it not wanted them to.
I feel less intelligent for even having responded to this (particularly staggering) piece of idiocy.

I hold him responsible. It's clear to me Khan took everything from this man and played a large role in his death. If you want to call me ******ed that is fine.

Let's see how you'd hold it together if you had the misfortune of having your leg detached from your hip rendering you unemployable and living the rest of your life in excruciating pain due to someone else's recklessness....
I'm sure you'd appreciate the callous attitude you've shown to this unfortunate man if you were on the receiving end of such an attitude.
