It's Europe. You can go on a ****/murder spree and get 4 days of probation.

Despite what the Khan camp would want you to believe, there is another side to this story that is well documented in Court Records and Eye=Witness Testimony. I suggest you give it a look before making a decision about Mr. Hatton.

If that man has dependents... khan should pay compensation to his family.. If not out of lawful obligation then out of a moral one.

I asked that because I think it's a very imporant aspect to this story. If the guy was just a regular drinker but had a stable life otherwise then it is obvious that this accident(that he was completely innocent of and Khan completely guilty of) is to blame for his depression and death. Though at the same time Khan can't be held directly responsible for that either.
All around it's a depressing story. For a guy to get hit by a car out of nowhere and can no longer live life the same way again is brutal.

                      Try this one:

Seems like there are some inconsistencies in Khan's account of the affair.

Personally, I haven't trusted Khan ever since he claimed he fired Alex Ariza - a guy he didn't even have a contract with...and especially after Ariza claimed that Khan and his people were thieves! No...if what Ariza says is not true, then Khan and his people should sue Ariza for Slander....but they haven't. I think this tells the whole story.
