    A strange thing for a fighter to say before a fight. I understand the reality that anything can happen, but embracing the possibilty of losing? Screw that.

        For some reason, I just have a feeling that Alvarado will win. I voted that Alvarado will win by decision. I'm not even sure who I want to win really. If Marquez wins I'd be fine with seeing a Pacquiao/Marquez 5, but I wouldn't mind seeing Alvarado winning either.

            I think Alvarado will win for some reason... When is the last time Marquez faced someone that came into the fight weighing 160lbs and had 3 inches in height on him?

                As long as Alvarado doesn't try to go toe to toe he'll be good. Dance on the outside, stick the jab and engage when he has to...I give him a good chance at winning.

                            That's pretty much my feeling on it aw well. I say Alvarado by decision as well (well, today anyway) with a much better chance of Alvarado KOing JMM than the other way around. Though this isn't a fight I'd bet on as who knows what type of Alvarado will show up, and how a 40 something JMM will hold up.
