What did everyone think?
My biggest complaint is too much of the kids, especially Mayweather's daughter (man she was annoying). Also does anyone really care about Justin Beiber's take on a fight?
Some dumb moments but I liked that they spoke about the gloves. I also thought the way they edited the fight was strange. I know that Maidana controlled mostly early and Floyd late but they took out all of Floyd's good work from early in the fight and made it seem like Maidana was kicking his ass and then I don't think they showed Maidana landing a punch in the second half.

I thought it was pretty good, with the exception of Floyd's annoying daughter. I can only imagine her reaction if Floyd gets KO'd one day. Overall, very good production value and dramatization of the event. Like another poster said already, they really tried to sell a rematch.

That blue gloves does look like there wasnt enough legal padding on them, You can see Robert Garcia face when they got caught out. he didnt really know what to say, the surface shouldnt just sink in when it is touched and thats what happen when Mayweather touched the surface of those gloves.

On a seperate note it was nice to see both fighters kids cheering on their dad and showing different kind of emotions during the fight. They planned to fight Mayweather dirty and to be honest it seems like it worked.

People on here have no class really, those kids are probably 12 or 13. they are supporting their father in an emotional sense, some of these simpletons need to really grow up, i get the lets hate Mayweather stuff but to say stuff about his little underage daughter just shows a lack of class all round really.

They werent illegal, Richard scheffer even said himself that the comission just say no to those particalur gloves to pacify team mayweather and approved the exact same pair in a different color. Mayweather whole plan was to get Maidana into sparring gloves to save his life.

They both were illegal. The only reason they allowed the second pare, is because they let Cotto use them and Garcia pointed it out in front of the commission. They would seem inept if they banned Marcos' gloves and allowed Cotto. Do your research.

Why is no one talking about Garcia trying to sneak in a pair of bad gloves that he knew the commission would not allow? I give props to Floyd for knowing what is legal and what is not. I would expect him to be almost lackadaisical.
