uh no. he's never been good at heavyweight. he went life and death with michael greant, nearly lost to jason estrada and this was before the vitali fight. the only win that put adamek on the map was arreola but arreola has never beaten anyone good himself. its like ortiz beating berto. one hype beating the other hype does not equal good fighter.

Areolla had a few decent rounds but man did he get knocked! Someone with that kind of weight gets hit like that , his legs just can't support.

Arreola's weight has just functioned as a distraction from his real problem; zero discipline. As soon as he landed some stuff and the crowd got behind him he started strutting around thinking about his new ferrari and you could kind of tell right there he was going to get caught. His output dropped to zero and he was all giddy.

Look, he isn't an elite fighter, but he comes to fight, never really makes excuses when beaten, takes all comers, and is just a good honest fighter that really tries and win every fight....

Exactly. He is far from being a great fighter. What he is though is an entertaining fighter who gives it his all. He has also proved more in his losses, than Wilder has in his wins.

What we witnessed today was a great fight, and Arreola helped make it that way.

Arreola was doin very well and won 4 rounds on the trot imo before the big punch, what u gona do?

I think Arreola can still be a relevant guy, fighting guys like Fury and Chisora and Wilder and earning decent paydays then retiring. Boxing should have given him a decent enough lifestyle for now.
