    He really should be bigger. If I were him I'd go to GBP at this point. Then again I'm sure he wants to but can't
    Honestly, nobody but "in the know" fans of boxing even know who Ward is. This is a testament to his promotional companies lack of clout in the sport. I can understand Ward's desire to want to get more exposure & money but he initially signed the contract. I dislike when these types of issues disrupt a boxers career, especially one in their prime.

      I don't care who he wants to sign....

      This is not the most important or relevant story in Mayweather's life/career....

        They did invite mikey to his media day at the gym. I could see mikey signing with him

          As for Mikey, that's a different story. Mikey for sure will have the Mexican/Latino following.

          If Mikey signs with Floyd, I will be the biggest TMT groupie.

          TMT= The Mikey Team
          Floyd did not always have a big following either and I would much rather him pass the torch to Ward than Broner. Ward is a great boxer and if he has the right opponent (Chavez , or Hopkins) he can be a PPV attraction he just has to be more like Sugar Ray Leonard then Floyd (say and do all of the right things).

          If he were to make a move to another promoter, I could see Floyd putting him on the under card of one of his fights to give him more exposure.

          Mikey Garcia would be a good look for Floyd

              He should buy him out of his contract.

              You figure 2 years X 2 fights per year X $2 million X whatever percentage Goosen takes. Ward would be the perfect building block for Floyd to build his promotional company.

              He's not going to make it to the big time with J'Leon Love and Badou Jack.

                That would be a great acquisition.
