Ok. I'm a man. I can admit when I'm sort of wrong. Mayweather should perhaps be 40 something and 1. Even though the judges saw it the way they did...I think Castillo got robbed. I think compubox had it one way, and the judges, the other wasy. All that said, Maidana still lost that fight. He fought a good fight, but it just wasn't enough late in the fight. If he hadn't run out of steam in the later rounds, the verdict could've been interesting. I'm all for forward motion fighters too. But you gotta admit -- Floyd's got skills. Maidana said himself, he's not easy to hit...and he's, like 80 years old. I don't Maidana solves him if there's a re-do.

I had the fight a draw and I could see why someone would give either guy 7-5. I never said in my post Floyd hasn't got skills so I'm not sure why you're asking me to admit he does.

People need to get this straight, Floyd is 37 but a better 37 than 99.9% of the boxers before him, like Hopkins the number of his age is almost meaningless since he has taken next to no punishment and his body is in tremendous condition. So this age thing doesn't really mean anything unless the fighter is actually showing their age. One fight prior Floyd seemed fresh as a 25 year old with all that movement against Canelo, it was just Chino's style and game plan which made Floyd look so bad.
