Floyd is such a fool and he deserves every bit of hate he gets.

He contradicts himself over and over, answering questions with answers that aren't related to the question. He posts another persons private information on the internet to try to embarrass that person like a teenage girl would. He acts like a coward by demanding another competitor uses the same gear as he does because he's afraid for "both" fighters health. AND THAT WAS JUST LAST WEEKEND

The post fight press conference was filled with the hilarity of Floyd bragging and dodging questions about about his actions. The best one tho was when he was asked why didn't he stipulate what gloves should be worn in the contract. He answered that the fight was over and in the past, then used a 7 year old example why he could say a pair of commission approved gloves couldn't be used. The problem is the example he used stipulated the gloves in the contract. Before the reporter could follow up he started the "Hard work, dedication" cult chant.
He's a great boxer but a bigger fool, and he'll be remembered more for being the fool.

Why does he need special glove to win a fight? That just sounds shady. And why should he expect that the guy is going to try to pull some shenanigans with the gloves to the point where it needs to be in the contract. They inspect the gloves before every fight. Each team gets to look at the others gloves. If you need special gloves to win it just proves that your not a true sportsman. I respect Maidana as a fighter. But as a man he sounds like a charlatan with all these complaints about not being able to wear "his" gloves. Then he has the nerve to call the other guy a cry baby.

You just don't hear about them ,but behind the scene there are stipulation in all fights ,only a true boxing fan who knows the sport knows this.

So basically you're saying that gloves with less padding would've helped chino out, and that you don't believe a word of what Floyd said about fighters being safer fighting using gloves with good padding.
