Young Mr. Guzman's not the turd, it's the decision to put an utterly unproven fighter into a "title" fight with a P4per that is a turd. Guzman may eventually be a good fighter and of course anything can happen, but he's not being brought in to have any real chance of winning. He's being brought in to make Rigo look good beating an overmatched opponent.

What kind of opponent did you think Top Rank would bring in? This is Rigondeaux's last fight with them. A better/ more famous opponent means a bigger purse. They picked this guy because he's getting paid peanuts. Make Rigo look good for what? lol Top Rank is not trying to make Rigo look good, their working relationship is over.
