Should Maidana accept a rematch without MX gloves?

Floyd has never used those kinda gloves in competition. And even those style of gloves are kinda recent. They were approved in 2008 I think. And then as you know, Floyd has hand problems. He doesn't even use normal Grant gloves. He uses an orthopedic style Grant glove that protects the hand more.

And I didn't criticize Pacquaio for choosing to wear the gloves. Just pointing out that Pacquaio wears the same kinda glove himself.

I know he uses Grant orthopedic gloves, the thing is that he can use whatever gloves he wants to. To not be man enough to fight a boxer like Maidana, whose biggest asset is his punching power, with puncher gloves is disgraceful.

Of course Maidana should take the fight no matter what, it's a very big payday for him. But Floyd canīt say he is TBE and then make this kind of coward demands.

Not the new style, horse hair one with little padding around the knuckles. They got approved in like 2008 or so. They're fairly recent. There's different types of Reyes, Grants, Everlasts, etc.
