Then Maidana started to fatigue starting in rd 7, and Floyd took control from there, winning every rd from 7-12. Just because Maidana was super aggressive and throwing outrageously wild shots, he wasnt really landing except to the body when Floyd was against the ropes....I thought Floyds left jab to the body was the key, it started to hurt Maidana and slow him down, Floyd hit him with that left jab to the body and all those straight rights at will from rd 7-12..

Like Floyd said himself, if he dominates all 12 rds then everyone is gonna say boring fight or he cherrypicked, but if his opponent actually does better than what everyone expected then ppl are gonna say Floyd lost it or in this case Floyd lost.....Catch 22..........This fight was competitive and alot of action but to score it was quite easy, the 117-111 and 116-112 was totally accurate....I had it 117-111

All the floydiot alts are on repair the damage mode.

So even a close fight for Floyd is taken as a victory for his haters? LMAO completely and utterly pathetic.
that seems to be what it has come to.

Its like posters think he really may retire or would win again in the rematch so they are trying to get in everything they did when Manny and Broner lost.

But hey, floyd in a close fight is something they haven't seen in years, since Castillo. They have a huge backlog of hate and angst they are just letting it go.

I thought Hatton was just like tbh..I actually thought Hatton brought it more then Maidana, and took more risk..I really don't agree with Garcia here,JLC and Hatton were all over Mayweather..

I'll explain this slowly so even you can understand.

          1) It was in the contract from the start, which Floyd signed and agreed with.

          2) Oscar fought in a era when fighters had to wear the same gloves and this would be decided when the contracts were signed, but this system changed to allow fighters to wear gloves different from their opponent.

          3) The glove of choice for De La Hoya vs Mayweather was the Cleto Reyes punchers gloves, so if anything it added to Floyd's punch power, so your conclusion that he would have KOed Oscar lacks merit.

          4) No top fighter today picks their opponents gloves, not Pacquiao, Golovkin, Cotto or anyone else.

          5) And no one in history has ever pulled a stunt like Floyd did, demanding to pick his opponent's gloves the day before the fight even when the commission has approved the gloves.

Floyd put Maidana in heavily padded sparring gloves that give the hands great protection, a far cry from the Everlast MX puncher gloves, which not only would have increased the power of his shots but he would have been more comfortable wearing them instead of a pair he has never worn before.

Floyd would have got Broner'ed if he got to wear his MX gloves.

          Please to educate you crackhead

and like the other ****tard you missed the point of Hoya dictating the terms of the gloves to be worn in the fight.

Next time don't speak unless spoken too.
