Why not? It wasn't a dull mismatch like Guerrero and Canelo, it was a real fight for a change. Not like there are loads of great alternatives.

I don't want to see it again. Floyd should win a safe ud. Rematches trend to favor the counter puncher. Look back at Castillo one compared to the rematch. I expect it would look something very close to that.

Oh **** that's true. Guess i'm just used to money overriding everything.

I don't think they'll go for Thurman or Porter next. Knowing GBP, they probably would want to build them a little bit more.

Maidana seems like a real possibility. Huh.

I'd imagine a lot of floyd and amir kahn fans don't want to see him in the ring with maidana again especially if maidana gets to wear the gloves of his choice

            he landed more punches

            also the more effective punches

also he landed the most effective ones through out the fight, floyd landed very few solid hits, most of his shots were potshots

Mayweather was the one doing all the clean punching. I'm guessing that's what you mean by "solid hits"

I wouldn't mind seeing it again but now that Floyd has seen Maidana up close, he'll be better prepared next time around. I just don't see how Maidana will do any better second time around, unless Floyd has aged to the proportions of Roy Jones.

Would prefer to see Mayweather against Thurman or Porter, heck even Khan.
