Maidana fought as well as he could have and still lost. Nothing he can do better in the second fight except wear the type of gloves he wants but even then he wouldnt be able to hurt Mayweather. It was a good match in that it was close that you dont see at all with Floyd but I didnt think it was a very good fight. Pretty ugly and way too much clinching. I prefer Floyd's typical boxing lessons because thats the type of boxing I prefer.

Then there's the possibility that Mayweather did infact fight with more reckless abandonment to set up a rematch because there is really nobody else to fight in September.

Completely disagree with that. First off he could have conceivably won on points, but thats not the point.

Secondly, I don't think Maidana fought his best. I think their were things he can watch video and improve on.

Lastly, let the dude wear his gloves.

The ref won't allow the same type of physical inside fight that took place last night. And if he didn't allow him to wear the gloves last night why would he change his mind in the rematch?

But I agree, chino will get robbed again, he clearly won the 1st fight, he should take the people's victory and go, that should be enough, the world saw he won, just a few think flyd won, mostly his fans who would argue the world is flat if floyd said so
