I think Floyd figured out Maidana after the first 6 rounds. I don't see how anyone could have Maidana winning anything the 2nd half aside from the 8th. And Floyd stole a couple early rounds, the 2nd and the 5th.

Just rewatched it there. Mayweather landed 1 good right hand about halfway through and from thereonin all the effective aggression was Maidana. It was a close round, but Maidana edged it. You seem to think that Floyd dominated that round. I suppose you scored the fight 120-108 then...

It's a fact, and it's a fact that's usually ignored with both Pacquaio and Mayweather fights. One of the things that makes both of them so special is that they win their fights against much bigger guys, being outweighed by a lot on fight night.

Tbh it seemed to me as though they had already set this up to be close and had a rematch scheduled. Floyd thought fans would cheer him for winning like this he looked upset. Rematch will happen and Floyd will fight different.

LOL @ the conspiracy theory LOL. You're assuming Floyd won the fight, which he didn't. Most people are preprogramed to give Floyd every benefit of the doubt. Maidana completely controlled the fight and Floyd's face tells it all compared to Maidana's. Not only that, Floyd took a beating to the body. If Maidana had on his gloves, Floyd wouldn't have lasted imo.
