Herrera deserves a rematch. Everybody knows Danny lost that fight.

Lucas on the other hand will gladly fight Herrera, there's no duck in him.

Maybe we watched him speaking at two different times. The video I saw was him standing with the ring in the background talking to reporters, he said Guerrero on that occasion but may have meant Herrera.

Guerrero v Matthysse is a great fight, but the Ghost wouldn't take that fight imo, certainly not at 140lbs.
Here he mentions Herrera vs Molina:
Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer would love to bring back John Molina (27-4, 22KOs) to one of his events. On Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, Molina waged war with Argentina puncher Lucas Matthysse for eleven high paced rounds. The war, which many view as a frontrunner for Fight of The Year, saw Matthysse get dropped in rounds two and five, before coming back to drop Molina three times for an eleven round TKO win.

And here he mentions Guerrero and Thurman for Matthysse:
Golden Boy Promotions CEO, Richard Schaefer, sees a lot of options for Lucas Matthysse (36-3, 33KOs) - at 140 and 147. On Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, Matthysse took part in a 'Fight of The Year' candidate when he overcame two knockdowns and scored three of his own to knock John Molina out in eleven rounds. Matthysse would like to fight Danny Garcia in a rematch, but the WBA/WBC 140-pound champion is likely having his final match at junior welterweight in July. Garcia plans to be at 147 by the end of the year.

If the guy with the bigger name and reputation gets the decision then usually he gets the better opportunities going forward. Almost always happens that way.
