You know Floyd had to leave TR because Arum wouldn't give him Oscar and Cotto. Yet why still blame Floyd. Maybe you don't know. I wish I could see your video, but it won't play (at work). This is a Bob Arum disaster. I respect Manny, but he has the wrong guy. All he has to do is walk away, become a free agent, and get WAY RICHER. He can have Floyd, Canelo, Porter, and Thurman. All he has to do is what every other Athlete (LeBron, Cano, Peyton Manning, etc.) can do, become a free agent and get paid!
LOL The best part of that Brian Kenny clip is that Kenny asks Floyd why didn't you wait one more day for Pacquiao v. Hatton lol Floyd gave the lamest answer of all time.." I don't have to wait for anybody" this was before the blood-testing excuse he would later use..Floyd could have waited one day and fought Pac without blood testing with a 50/50 split..but he knew he wanted no part of Pacquiao at that point..so that's enough for me to know Floyd ducked Pac in his prime and can never be remembered as "The Best Ever"

So even when Roach admits that TR ****ed up the first negotiations, you still call him a duck? Even though Manny is NOW for blood-testing (because he didn't until after Marquez KO), Floyd was wrong for asking for blood tests? Have you read this:

Friday's turn of events made that pretty clear. There have been previous negotiations and lots of rhetoric. At various times throughout this whole ordeal, I believe both sides have been to blame.

But at this moment, the fault of a fight not being made falls squarely on the shoulders of Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, who, in my view, simply doesn't want to make the match at a moment when there seems to be no legitimate impediment.

Arum doesn't want to match his cash cow, Pacquiao, with somebody he doesn't control, and he has no control over Mayweather. He once did, but that was years ago, before their nasty breakup.

Now that Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been granted a delayed jail term, Manny Pacquiao's team is shying away from a May bout. Who shoulders the blame for the failure of matching boxing's biggest attractions? Top Rank's Bob Arum.

Tell Manny to take notes from Cotto, leave Arum, get paid!

Well, if we can't believe Freddie Roach, who admits TR ****ed up the first negotiations, and we can't trust ESPN (*and many others), which documents Arum killed the 2nd round, who can we trust? None of us where there (Roach was).

Where does Freddie Roach say TR ****ed up? Last time I checked they didn't fight because Floyd thought he owned boxing and he'd go around telling other fighters what to test for, and that Pacman wasn't going to get bossed around by another fighter that way so they didn't fight. And that was Floyd's way of avoiding the fight. Had that not worked he would have figured out something else, like the purse and so on. I think at one point it actually got to where Manny was going to do the blood test and that Floyd wasn't going to split the purse like 60/40 or something like that. Now, years later, he's desperately trying to get a hold of Pacman personally, he's calling him, he's telling him he's gonna send him over 30 million within the next 48 hours if he takes the fight. Have you ever seen a more desperate attempt to get somebody to make a fight happen? Why is he so desperate to make the fight happen now with Manny clearly being washed up and not interested in fighting anymore while 5 years ago he tried everything he could to avoid the fight from happening, coming up with lame excuses and asking guys to do certain tests. How can you defend that and then blame it all solely on TR?

                Here's Freddie

“I think people will say why didn’t they fight each other, and blame both guys to be honest with you. Because the first negotiation we were against the blood test, and it was kinda our fault that the first time it didn’t work. Then it came to a point where we accepted that later on. I think it’s both guys.”

Upon hearing that Floyd Mayweather did not have to report to serve his sentence until June today, I'm sure fight fans around the world all thought the same thing. Finally, this frees up Floyd's schedule for May and will finally allow him and Manny Pacquiao to stage the biggest fight that can be made in boxing.

However, this idea was quickly squashed when Bob Arum came out and said that Floyd was on Manny's radar, but not for the time being, delaying the fight to early 2013 if at all. It seems that literally everyone, including Floyd and his team, boxing fans, Freddie Roach, and Manny Pacquiao finally want the fight to be made. What could possibly hold up a fight that could bring in this much money to all parties involved?

The answer is two words. Bob Arum. Arum said that Pacquiao could fight in either May or June, depending on various factors, but upon hearing of Floyd's continuation of his sentence, backtracked and said that Manny needed more time to heal from his cuts sustained two months ago in November in the fight against Marquez.

When this excuse, and that's what it is, an excuse, was attacked and deemed to be illegitimate, Arum fired back by saying that the 40,000 person stadium that would need to be built for the fight to be staged outdoors in Vegas can't be completed until the end of May. This whole thing is just becoming really really frustrating and is really killing the sport.

I wonder what Arum would say if Las Vegas was able to put up the stadium in time for May 5th?

                I hope this helps you.

Here's more (there's plenty where this came from):

Arum will need to not flub things up if he wants to negotiate a fight between Pacquiao and Mayweather. Arum can’t talk nonsense about outdoor stadiums, 50-50 purse splits and he’ll need to get Pacquiao to get on board with the blood testing. Additionally, Arum will need to forget about the fight taking place outside of the United States in Asia like this Saturday’s fight.

Last one for the day, and then school's out:

MANILA, Philippines -- Manny Pacquiao's camp says there is no economic sense in setting up a bout with Floyd Mayweather on May 5 after the unbeaten American publicly challenged the Filipino champion via Twitter.

Pacquiao's financial adviser Michael Koncz told The Associated Press on Thursday that a 45,000-seat boxing arena being built in Las Vegas won't be finished before the end of May and staging the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight in a smaller venue is "foolish from an economic standpoint."

Heheh... $32mil minimum. Showtime better hope this does 1.5mil buys to break even. They need that Pacquiao fight bad, but don't want to make godfather Haymon angry!
