They did the same to Floyd in the Baldomir fight, prior to round one it was "Baldomir is the toughest guy Floyd has faced" then after round twelve he was a bum and Floyd cherry picked him. The HBO crew have also ruined a lot of Hopkins' fights, they don't know how to appreciate the science of the sport.
i lost a lot of respect for the hbo team. they yell and scream for who ever they want to win. you could hit their guy with 3 or 4 punches and they would say they were misses. when their guy hits the other dude on the arm they scream out like it was a ko. and they always say floyd is afraid of this guy or that guy them floyd beats them with ease and they become bums. look at the hatton fight, the ring and other pundits said hatton would beat floyd and said floyd was ducking hatton. then the fight happens and floyd kicks hattons but now hatton was a bum. lol floyd caint win.

I could only find 4 rounds to give Castillo. Nothing controversial about that fight in my book. It was just a closely contested match up.

Red bars scored it a shutout for Mayweather, why is that not shocking?

Floyd knows he lost that fight and that's why he gets really insecure when it's brought up.

Floyd won that fight. People wanted and still want to give Castillo the win for doing better against Floyd than anyone else had up to that point or since. Thats like giving a guy getting shut out in fight a round here and ther for performing better than he had in other rounds but still not doing enough to win the rounds. That just doesnt cut it in my book. Castillo fought his heart out in the last half of that fight but in my honest oppinion the right fighter got his hand raised that night and its not even debatable and never was.

Hey JUNIOR,CASTILLO BEAT YOU!!! Stop talking about Merchant, this is ridicolous and shows your insecurity about that night!!! What a ridicolous thought is, if CASTILLO won the first why wasn't he able to repeat the victory ? ahahahhaahh the history is full of boxers that won the fight and then lost the rematch;CASTILLO WAS THE CHAMPION AND YOU DIDN'T DO ENOUGH TO WIN THE TITLE......FACT!!!! THIS IS A STAIN ON YOUR CARREER THAT YOUR TEAM,YOUR MONEY,YOUR WORDS AND YOUR GROUPIES CAN'T DELETE!!! BOB ARUM,the man you hate was your promoter at the time and probably bought judges so YOU NEED TO THANK BOB,FUNNY EH???!!!

Castillo was hitting a whole lot of shoulders and forearms during that fight. He did come on better in the 2nd half, but I have no idea why people make it out to be a clear Castillo victory. It was a razor thin decision.

People don't know how to score boxing. Floyd won with Clean punching , defense, and ring generalship. Castillo was effectively aggressive , and had a lot of activity but nobody scores defense in close fights anymore because HBO has brainwashed people into thinking only effective aggression= action= entertaining= winning. But I had it 7-5 Mayweather cause he landed the cleaner punches but he almost lost because he got outworked. Gotta score all the aspects of a fight every round. Defense, Clean, Effective Punching, ring generalship, effective aggression. ....

It depends how you score a fight. Castillo landed effective body shots and was more aggressive that night while Floyd landed cleaner head shots. I really thought that Castillo wasn't given enough credit for his body punches, this is professional boxing not armature. I felt Castillo won.

The second fight was Floyd's but as always he's being a little c**t in this interview. The reason that it was a victory for him in this one was because Castillo had to change his style and look for a KO. He knew no way was he going to get a decision against Floyd. What was funny was that Arum came out and said 'how could you watch boxing after that' when he got the decision in the 1st fight and that was when he was his promoter. No wonder why Floyd left his a55.
