Im actually surprised he can even write what he wrote, because the way he speaks is pretty bad in terms of just putting his thoughts together. He has actually got worse as time has gone by. He use to speak much better, now he's full of cliches, sayings, and pre rehearsed statements. Which leads to him getting frustrated when what he says is challenged, and he has to expand on what he said or rebuttal. I know there are bad speakers who are still very educated and good writers, but Floyd is clearly not one of them.
