It's fishy that Pac declined the first offer from Floyd just because of random drug testing. It's fishy that people involved with PEDs have had ties to the Wild Card Gym. (James Toney, Justin Fortune.) It's fishy that Manny never did random drug testing until after Marquez pacquiao'd him and now he's all for it. It's fishy that he suddenly hasn't had a knockout in 5 years.
