ok it's like this Wlad is and always has been considered the better over all fighter as far as skill

vitali is probaly the tougher of the 2 even if for a short time wlad was considered to be

if you made 1 fighter out of both he would be unstoppable but apart they are flawed like all fighters. They are good and bad in their own ways which is why they can come back and win fights the other can't
